Data Available To All
make data driven decisions
Unlock business potential with powerful data integration and analytics. Drive better outcomes and elevate customer satisfaction with actionable insights.
Accessible Business Insights & Analytics Tools
Businesses have access to so much data to assist in making decisions, however, it’s often difficult for the end-user to access or understand the information. TBM works with businesses of all sizes in all life cycle stages to assist in making data available to the company’s employees (end users)
.
TBM has created Business Insights, Analytics, and Reporting Tools with the end user in mind. We know change is difficult and every company has a different approach to technology. Whether you are an agile company that is able to adopt new technologies easily or a company that has more restrictions and needs specific tools now without implementing new software, we can help.
We create and implement business insights, analytics and reporting tools within new or existing software suites whether you’re using Tableau, PowerBI, Quicksight, Domo or Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
Generalized Tool Examples
For privacy and confidentiality, these tools have been updated to show the user experience and only use sample data. For that reason, these are shown as Google Workspace or Microsoft Office programs. Many of these tools were developed to be used integrated with other programs, databases, or developed in business intelligence and analytics software suites.

Making Our Case
Change Management
Working with TBM allows for greater flexibility in change management, where they transition users to the tool in Excel, Sheets, or a similar software that users have experience with to gain end-user adoption and buy-in of the benefits before switching to a paid SaaS product.
Lower Implementation Cost
TBM works with multiple companies who are looking for a specific use-case, but aren’t able to implement a solution in their existing software suite based on budget, time, or access restrictions. TBM will design the tool in a whiteboard session to identify the best data flow then use an iterative approach to build a sample tool. Once approved, this can be taken to your development or IT team with the exact requirements, expectations, and results.
Standalone Tools
Other companies use TBM as their own business analysts. A department may have an idea of a report or analysis tool that would help them make better decisions, provide data in a more consumable format, or assist in identifying opportunities – and there isn’t anyone available to create the tool. TBM works with these teams to build the right tool within the company’s budget.
A General Project Overview
what to expect
1. Initial Consultation
We’ll schedule a 60-minute Google video call to discuss your project. Upon scheduling, you’ll receive a checklist with some questions to consider before our call. Our initial consultations usually last 15-30 minutes and we allow time for in-depth questions. We’ll also identify how you best like to communicate to ensure a smooth development, testing, and approval process. We will look for what we can complete in stages, so you have a tool you can start using as soon as possible, while the other features come out shortly after.
2. Statement of Work
We will send you a Statement of Work (SOW) if you’re already a customer, or our agreement, if you’re new to working with us. The SOW will include all milestones, estimated schedule, payment, and final deliverables.
3. Whiteboard Session(s)
Once the agreement or SOW is signed, we will schedule at least two whiteboard sessions, based on the scope of the initial consultation. We will map out the data, the display (UI/UX), and functionality of the tool. These will continue until you are confident that the tool will meet your goals.
4. Tool Development
Our team will work on the tool, integrating everything that we discussed in the whiteboard sessions. We will be in daily contact (or twice a week if daily is too often for you) to ensure you understand where we are in the process and ensure questions are answered.
5. Testing & Approval
Once the development of the tool is ready to review, we’ll hand it over to your team to test. We’re looking for the following:
- Does the tool function as expected
- Do the tool calculations function as expected?
- Is anything unclear?
Once your team has approved the first iteration, we will “publish” it to your team for use. This publishing includes documentation for how to update, assumptions, calculations, scripts, and any other specifics for the tool.
6. Continued Iteration
We will continue with the Tool Development and Testing & Approval stages until we have completed the desired features of your tool.
